It’s about a specific element in Chicago (that is about more than Chicago and doesn’t stop in Chicago or in the U.S.), to which Frank Davis, ACORN, Bill Ayers and others were all associated, as documented in Stanley Kurtz’s definitive book “Radical-in-Chief.”
