I didn’t remember his face, but couldn’t forget the name. He was one of the NHL’s classic enforcers:
Fleming spent 12 full seasons in the N.H.L. from 1960 to 1971, playing 749 games, scoring 108 goals and compiling 1,468 penalty minutes.
He learned his fighting skills growing up English in the French confines of Montreal.
May you be in heaven a half hour before the devil know’s you’re dead, Reg.
